Children's Love for Hong Kong: A Joyful Easter Day (2019)

On April 24th, our association once again co-hosted a buffet lunch with the Hilton Garden Inn Mong Kok, providing free meals to children from disadvantaged families and their families. In addition to enjoying a sumptuous buffet, they also participated in on-site games at the hotel, such as Bingo and the bargaining game. The children were very engaged in the games. With Mother's Day approaching, the children were also specially asked to use their creativity to design unique costumes as gifts for their mothers to express their love.

There were also singing performances that day, and the organizers also prepared lucky bags filled with gifts for every child present.

The 61 children in attendance came from Hokkien primary schools and were recommended by the Hong Kong Caring for the Community Association. Along with their parents, more than 100 people participated in the event. The atmosphere was lively, filled with the children's happy laughter. All the pressures of life were left behind, which explains why some children were reluctant to leave when the event ended.
